This host delivers email for Breakout Watch, the free daily newsletter published at topbreakoutsdaily.com: subscription confirmations, the daily list for confirmed subscribers, and replies to reader questions. Nothing else is sent from it.

How people get on the list

Sign-up happens on this website with Confirmed Opt-In (double opt-in): a reader enters an address, receives a confirmation email, and is added only after clicking the confirmation link. Nobody is added by hand. We keep a record of every sign-up and confirmation (address, time, and the confirmation event) and can provide it on request.

How people leave

Every email carries a one-click unsubscribe link and an RFC 8058 List-Unsubscribe header. Unsubscribes take effect immediately. Readers can also write to the addresses below to be removed or to ask what we hold about them.

Authentication

Outbound mail is signed with DKIM, the sending IP is listed in the domain's SPF record, and DMARC reporting is enabled for every sending domain.
